Greetings everyone! The Reporting Intranet for 2007-2008 has been updated and is now live.
Please note the following changes:

2007-2008 - Program of Chapter Activities
The updated Program of Chapter Activities is available at http://www.bap.org/chapact/pca.htm. Major changes for the new year include:

• Non-Beta Alpha Psi Professional and Service Hours - Chapters may report a maximum of 250 minutes (five 50-minute hours) per year, per student of professional and service activities that are not sponsored by Beta Alpha Psi.  These minutes should be reported as a single professional or service activity on the Excel local chapter workbook.  The one-to-one matching rule from previous years has been eliminated.
• The word “pledge” has been replaced with “candidate”.

Tutorials and Password
All Chapter Reporters must watch the tutorials in their entirety to obtain the Officer password in order to begin the reporting process.  

Please follow these simple steps:
1.        Login to the Reporting Intranet as Officer under the old Officer password
2.        You will be prompted to take the tutorial
3.        Once you have viewed the tutorial in its entirety, the tutorial will provide a default password
4.        Exit the tutorial, return to the Reporting Intranet, and login again as Officer under the default password
5.        You will be instructed to change the default password to a new password
6.        Once the new password has been confirmed, you may begin reporting
 
These tutorials are designed to answer all of your questions about the reporting process and will make your job as Chapter Reporter much easier.  It should take less than 1-1/2 hours to view and listen to the tutorials.  Please do not call or email the Executive Office requesting the password – you must watch the tutorials.
 
2007-2008 – Workbook
The updated 2007-2008 workbook is now available on the homepage of www.bap.org
Please download the new version 3.0. Remember that it is your chapter’s responsibility to regularly back-up this file.

Beginning of the Year Report Due - October 15th
October 15th will be here before you know it. The tutorial will tell you exactly what you need to do to complete your beginning of year report. It takes only a few minutes to complete your beginning of year report.  You must do that no later than October 15th. Watch the tutorial for full details.
